The basic function of the Service Dispatcher is to manage and control the scheduling and dispatching functions of the service department, under supervision from the Service Manager. Maintain daily invoicing for service technicians. Assist the service manager in day to day tasks, such as ordering parts, scheduling repairs and filing warranties. Must have good verbal communications, multi-tasking skills, the ability to work with computers, Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
