This is a ten-month position. The successful candidate must possess a positive demeanor and a helpful attitude, as this front office position will meet and greet all visitors. Job responsibilities will include: Greeting visitors, determining their needs, checking appointments, & directing visitors to the appropriate location. Will also answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate person, receive emergency calls and inform key personnel as needed, and assist with office functions as needed. Computer skills are required, including familarity with PowerSchool, Microsoft Excel, and other necessary programs.
