$25,274.00 / Per Year. Assists the Director of Food Service and works with the Food Service staff across the school division. Answers the telephone, prepares monthly menus, and places orders with vendors using their on-line systems. The successful candidate must train and be available as a backup cashier at all schools. The candidate must also be willing to learn all aspects of the Food Service Secretary program, including processing of free & reduced lunch applications and tracking and notifying parents of negative balances at all schools. The successful candidate must be adept in the use of computers, spreadsheets, and related technology.
