Is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic, integrated, effective communications processes and plans that support integrated supply chain and plant business objectives while helping to build employee engagement. Works closely with the plant leader, plant leadership team and the internal communications team to build awareness and drive employee action against plant, integrated supply chain and company priorities by leading the development of plant leadership and employee meetings, as well as other plant-wide communications. Proactively identifies and resolves barriers to proper information reaching the correct people. Prepares formal internal and external communication materials and other administrative duties.
