The Representative is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. This positions assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, andother queries. Representative is responsible for dealing with customers throughout their entire experience; from the time the order comes in untilthe inventory is shipped from the facilities. Shift Hours: 11:30 am - 8:00 pm.
