Kitchen is responsible for operation of Kitchen and Store: maintaining assigned cooking and kitchen duties, food prep, cooking, baking, preparing food and taking orders. Store responsibilities are selling goods or services at Cooter's Place. Checks out customers, scans items, answers questions, balances drawer, and processes card transactions, receiving merchandise, unloading or unpacking it, marking with codes to be identified, stocking shelves, and helping customers place orders. Works in kitchen and store, stockrooms, and other storage facilities. May involve some heavy lifting. Pay based upon experience. Kitchen Management: 2 years required.
