Directs all hotel operations to achieve company goals and objectives. Ensures standards are maintained in service, cleanliness, inventory par levels, payroll & productivity. Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in hotel/hospitality management. Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to influence the performance of staff.
