The Cost Accountant isresponsible for variance analysis of actual versus standard costs in themanufacturing plants, inventory reconciliations and analysis, and preparationof certain month-end journal entries. This position is a business partner to theoperations team in helping them understand and manage production costs againsta standard, variable budget. The successful candidate will have a solid background in a manufacturing environment, with inventory management, c ost andgeneral ledger accounting experience.
