Contract-to-hire. Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30. Providing onsite Desktop Support to end users in a corporate environment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops. Must be able to handle high volume of customer traffic. Keep accurate records of work completed. 1-2 years in break/fix environment. Strong customer service skills required.
