Necessary office skills include ability to operate office equipment, keyboarding, filing, telephones and transcription. Effective organizational and follow-up skills and ability to work with numerous staff simultaneously. Critical listening and thinking skills with attention to detail. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and a minimum of 5 years functioning in a clerical capacity. Proficient in Microsoft Office in an intermediate to advance level required. Possession of an appropriate driver’s license. Beginning rate of pay is $12.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Position closes Monday, November 21 at 5PM.
