Facilitates and expedites the flow of materials to and from various departments. Deals directly with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods to appropriate locations. Inspects goods upon delivery to verify delivered goods match order specifications. Handles any delivery inconsistencies or delays. Requires a high school degree and 2-4 years’ experience. Ability to read/ interpret tickets, Masterpack - station tracking, order verification, perform visual quality checks, repair doors with putty & putty knife, apply labels/stamps/skid buttons properly as needed, use of small hand tools, basic math skills for footage and weight calculations, read tape to 32nd of an inch, strong coordination/organization/and planning skills.
