The Office Manager will have overall responsibility for efficient functioning of the office as well as managing client deliverables and their prioritization. Must be comfortable working independently and possess sound judgement and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information. The Office Manager will be in direct contact with clients and be responsible for scheduling appointments and keeping abreast of the firm’s shared calendars. This position will be full time from January to May and approximately 20-30 hours per week the remainder of the year with the potential to transition to full time year-round.
