This full-time position is responsible for the overall shift operations with concentration on personnel safety, product quality, production goals and operational effectiveness of the facility. To maintain a Lead position all minimum requirements must be met on a regular basis with a strong emphasis toward exceeding personal location goals. Must have at least one year of leadership / managerial experience.
