Temporary, three-week assignment. Youth Crewmembers must be between the ages of 16 and 24 and will do hands-on skill training and work to enhance the projects as well as the skills of the crew workers. Crewmembers will work under supervision of a crew supervisor, who will oversee, as well as train and mentor, each crewmember. This is a temporary project with a schedule of an average of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
