Directly supervises and coordinates activities of small crews involved in project operations while working alongside the crews and performing labor related tasks such as painting, plumbing, masonry, roofing, landscaping, fence and trail building etc. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Crew Members. Carries out the Supervisory Responsibilities including training, assigning work schedules, conducting performance appraisals, rewarding and disciplining, addressing complaints and resolving issues. This is a temporary project located in the Shenandoah National Forest and is expected to last approximately three weeks.
