Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience performing a variety of office management and administrative duties; coordinating leave, travel, time and attendance records; using the latest office automation systems (hardware and software) in completing assigned duties to prepare letters, reports, memoranda, briefings, and other forms of correspondence; determining the nature of inquiries and utilizes practical knowledge of organizational mission and manager's priorities.
