Both positions are full-time. MAINTENANCE: Performs repairs, preventative maintenance and emergency work to the interior and exterior of the hotel including guest rooms, public areas, pool and grounds. Responds to guest requests in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Is familiar with basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical and minor building repairs and installations. FRONT DESK: Greet guests nicely. Must how to operate a computer and be willing to learn the system. Must be willing to work weekends.
