Full-time. Must be able to work all shifts and all days of the week including holidays andweekends. Job Tasks: Understand all equipment and its use including operation of dish machine and other kitchen equipment. Maintain organization. Maintain clean dishes, pots and pans. Removes trash and cleans trash receptacles before lining. Sanitation of floors, walls, coolers and kitchen equipment. Keep floors clean and dry. Polish metal surfaces. Setting up all daily banquet functions, where applicable. Assist with food preparation when required. Follows and completes opening and closing duties and any scheduled cleaning duties.
