The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate clearly their ability to provide strategic & technical Human Resource leadership in a large manufacturing environment. Must have great communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work through complex Human Resources solutions in a fast-paced plant facility. The position will provide multi site HR support to two plants in Virginia - Stanley and Winchester.
