Prepares hot food maintaining menu specifications. Produces high quality food products. Must be able to work all shifts and all days of the week including holidays and weekends. Prepares all food and menu items to required specifications. Rotates all products and properly stores them to minimize waste. Completes assigned production list tasks. Upon receiving shipments, checks for proper counts, condition and quality of product. Maintain clean dishes, pots and pans and stores them in designated areas as part of overall team work. Follows and completes opening and closing duties.Perform other duties as required or requested by management staff.
