Fast Casual new concept restaurant looking for an Assistant Manager. Must be an excellent team builder and motivator. Must also have experience in the kitchen, on the floor, excellent greeter, trainer and knowledge of scheduling and labor costs. Brewhouse, knowledge of craft beers a plus - espresso training would be helpful. This position requires more that overseeing. You must be ready to roll up your sleeves and jump in and help as well as manage to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Full Time position - On the job training.
