Responsibilities include: Source candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.; Generate qualified candidates through Direct Sourcing (cold calling) via telephone and/or email; Utilize internal resume database for the sourcing and tracking of candidates; Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.; Use software in performing assigned tasks. This position requires candidate to be a resident of Page County.
