Performs repairs, preventative maintenance and emergency work to the interior and exterior of the hotel including guest rooms, public areas, banquet space and grounds. Responds to guests requests in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Is familiar with basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical and minor building repairs and installations.
