Maintenance Office Clerk - Luray

The successful candidate will be responsible for: Providing a variety of system and office management tasks; Creating correspondence for distribution on behalf of management; Reviewing work orders for accuracy and completion; Assisting with daily time logs entries, ensuring processing is current and kept up to date.  Must be detail oriented, possess strong organizational skills and be able to resolve problems using good judgment, at times under pressure. Must have the ability to type 60 wpm with accuracy, use office equipment such as fax, computers, telephones and copy machines.
