Oversees the daily management of conference services while ensuring quality operations and customer service. Coordinates all aspects of conferences, programs, and events including front desk staffing, client housing, meals and facility needs, documentation for the event including setup diagrams, and estimates, and audio visual equipment setup. Evening, weekend and unscheduled hours are often required. Excellent customer service skills and a sense of humor are required.
