Direct the activites of unit personnel as required; evaluate performance, coordinate scheduling of personnel to provide adequate staffing, instruct Associates on policies, procedures and duties. Provide customer service upholding company standards. Investigate food quality and service complaints throughout restaurant, gas station, wood yard camp store and retail store.
