Administrative functions to include written communications to staff and citizens, website updates, training agenda and records. Ability to attend meetings and provide written documentation regarding details of meeting information required. Assures conformance to regulations, policies, and procedures governing assigned operations including weekly and monthly reports, VDOT reports, employee time and attendance reports. Must have proven ability to gather and maintain confidential information.
