May be responsible for setting up machines using necessary measuring instruments and gauges. May cut material to specifications listed in prints, drawings, or verbal instructions. Must have good mechanical background and ability. Must be able to pass a written set-up test. Be able to stand, stoop, and lift. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to walk and stand on concrete 8-10 hours per day while wearing steel toe shoes.
