Works closely with sub-plant engineering, scheduling, production and facility engineering on implementing and continuously improving maintenance programs for the sub-plant and facilities. Supervises maintenance crews and directs the work of outside contractors assigned work to reduce unplanned downtime, meet production schedule, and meet the corporate quality standards.
