Part-time, 20-29 hours per week. Scheduled work days/hours must include Monday, Friday and Saturday and fall between 9 AM – 2 PM EST and/or 5 PM – midnight EST. In this opportunity, you will ensure extraordinary customer service by promptly and accurately responding to phone calls from existing customers, making it easy for them to do business, and solving their issues. Must have 4-year college degree – OR - at least 4 years of customer service experience. Training is done remotely (via your home computer).
