Ideal candidate will perform any and all duties necessary to achieve and sustain safety, performance and quality expectations of manufacturing area. This includes, but is not limited to; directing, coaching and training. Leads are expected to act as an extension of the shift supervisor. Working hours: 4:45 am until 3:00 pm. Required skills: 5 years leadership experience, 5-10 years manufacturing background. Position is temp-to-hire. $15.00 per hour.
