Administrative Assistant - Front Royal

Support intercompany accounting function at redistribution center; Process/scan payables, receiving paperwork, outbound bills of lading, and other paperwork on a daily basis; Maintain records, accurate files and filing systems, type memo and email correspondence. High school diploma or GED required. Prior accounting and payroll experience strongly preferred. Typing, data entry skills, and 10-key calculator skills are essential. Strong computer experience, specifically with Microsoft Office required. Basic math skills are required.
