The Sommelier will assist in enhancing guests’ dining experience by recommending wines that will pair perfectly with diners’ meals and preferences, and by serving those wines appropriately. In addition, the Sommelier will assist in receiving product, storing it properly in the wine cellar, maintaining order in the wine cellar consistent with the established systems and methods, and assist with inventory.
