Lead Cook - Luray

Seasonal.  Candidate will be responsible for oversight of kitchen facilities. Employment dates are from September 1st -- October 31st with the possibility for extended employment. Primary responsibilities will include oversight of kitchen staff, ordering, inventory, cleanliness and food safety. The campus serves groups of students ranging from 10-75 people with a standard rotating menu of breakfast lunch and dinner. Interested applicants must have previous F&B experience, and current Food Handlers Card (Serve Safe Certification Preferred). Lodging can be provided.
