Marketing Manager / HR Administrator – McGaheysville

Position requires previous management experience in the hospitality field and excellent customer service skills. Must work closely with management to effectively manage daily operations, establish and execute marketing/customer service goals, and assess industry changes to ensure continued growth and efficiency. HR functions include administering weekly payroll, recruitment, benefits enrollment, and processing new hires/terminations. Applicants with 5+ years of hospitality and/or HR experience and relevant college degree preferred.  Schedule: Thursday - Monday, includes holidays.
