Customer Service - Work At Home

Responsible for fielding inbound calls from potential and existing customers, selling services, performing credit reviews, establishing accounts in the billing system, and providing customer service and solutions to problems. Representatives will be hired as temporary, full-time employees and will be hired as regular full-time with benefits after 31 days from date of hire based on attendance and performance. Full benefits, upon successful completion of training. Training is approximately 7 weeks. Training start date is August 31, 2015. Starting hourly rate is $12.00/hour.
