Full-time. Utilizes skills and knowledge to facilitate efficient operation of the medical office. Performs duties associated with answering telephones, scheduling appointments, gathering information from customers and other clerical functions as assigned/needed. Performs scheduling of tests, referrals and obtaining prior authorizations. Performs duties associated with electronic and paper medical records maintenance and extractions.
