The Medical Practice Manager is the liaison between management and clerical & clinical staff in physician office(s) with nine or more physicians. The Manager will maintain a stable work environment for all staff and handle medical records duties. Oversight of daily operations of office and staffing. Establishment and maintenance of operating budget. Resolution of patient complaints. Coordination of office meetings. Conducts annual staff evaluations, as well as training and coaching of staff.
