Performs repairs, preventive maintenance and emergency work to the interior and exterior of the hotel including guest rooms, public areas, and grounds. Responds to guest requests in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Must be familiar with basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical and minor building repairs and installations.
