The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting customers (in person and via phone), schedule appointments, utilizing software to complete tasks, and opening and closing facility. In addition, customer service representative is responsible for preparing smoothies, cleaning smoothie bar, washing linens as needed and managing cash flow.
