The Bartender position will work directly with all Dining Room staff and guests. This position requires a solid knowledge of wine and mixed beverages. This position will report to our Wine Director and will be responsible for all aspects of our bar service and inventory control. Preferred candidates will be able to maintain a warm and inviting environment for our guests’ enjoyment while working with a sense of urgency. A minimum of 3 years bartending experience in a fine dining environment is strongly preferred.
