Responsible for assisting the Customer Service Sales Manager. Services can include: Payroll check cashing, Western Union money transfers, money orders and bill payments, refunds, Rug Doctor, Coinstar, postage stamps, prepaid cellular, prepaid Master Card, rainchecks, etc. Assist in training new Service Center Associates. Providing quality customer service.
