Administrative Assistant - Little Washington

The chosen candidate will be responsible for screening and handling calls, writing letters and meeting minutes, creating reports, making travel arrangements, maintaining executive calendars (including scheduling and coordinating meetings and other appointments, as well as resources), mail distribution, gift certificate and donation administration, supply inventory maintenance and ordering, and other duties as assigned. Hours required for this position are typically 9am to 6pm, but may vary as necessary.
