Two long-standing, award-winning community weeklies in the Shenandoah Valley seek a sports editor to coordinate coverage of several high schools in two counties, as well as outdoor recreation. This position involves on-site coverage and photography of local sporting events, as well as coordination of freelancers and weekly pagination of one sports section. Experience at a newspaper and knowledge of InDesign and photography are a plus, but not required.
