The Office Technology Assistant is responsible for coaching sales associates on the best utilization of technology to increase their sales productivity. The position also provides assistance to the sales associates with systems and programs, in addition to other standard office technologies. One year of related technology experience preferred. Knowledge of computer/multi-media equipment hardware and external components is necessary (i.e., scanners, printers, external drives).
