Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred, plus a minimum of 3-5 year's experience in the human resources field. The candidate will be responsible for the overall administration of a bank's human resources function to include but not limited to employment, training, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
