Customer Service Agents – Work from Home

Inbound customer service (not telemarketing). Calls may involve billing inquiries, account or product inquiries, product or service orders, installation scheduling or technical support.  Sales experience a plus; all projects will involve sales. Agents must have high speed Internet access with DSL or cable (no satellite or wireless). Windows 7 or 8 required. For some clients, the employer will provide some or all of the required computer equipment. Your home office must be free from noise, distractions and interruptions.
