HR/Administrative Assistant - Front Royal

Key duties include actively recruiting and pursuing new employees, conducting training for new hires, and acting as liaison between employees and upper level management. Must be able to multitask, have prior experience administering workers comp cases and unemployment hearings, demonstrated knowledge of federal and state unemployment and employment and benefit laws, excellent written and verbal communication skills above-average proficiency in computer applications like Word, Excel Access, and QuickBooks. Minimum two years of prior experience required.
