Customer Service/Sales - Work from Home

PT and FT positions available.  Brand Ambassadors (customer service agents) are responsible for assisting customers via phone. You will help assess customers' needs and schedule appointments and/or refer them to the applicable pre-screened home-improvement contractors in their area.  In addition, you will use your sales skills to offer appointment setting for additional services. December 1st new hire training class. Training is conducted 11am - 5pm ET, Monday - Friday.  Hourly Rate $9.00 per hour plus bonus/commission.
