Full-time. This supervisory position oversees day-to-day operations and reports directly to ownership. General duties include ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed and adhered to, completing daily tasks associated with opening and closing the restaurant, directing staff and ensuring all health and food safety regulations are followed. This position requires working nights, weekends and holidays. A valid driver's license is required. 1-2 years of restaurant experience in a leadership role is required. $10 - $11.50/hr.
